The team at SkyREM worked tirelessly this year to find and create expansion opportunities that support our constant endeavor to develop efficiency, address the unique needs of our clients, and create positive social change. Whether these expansions came in the form of new clients, new properties or new opportunities for SKY Power to contribute to our mission, we’re incredibly proud of all the progress we made this year.

Cedar Creek Industrial Park, Fayetteville, NC — SkyREM is scheduled to break ground on a new, state-of-the-art, Class A industrial space in early 2023. Over the past year, we have continued developing plans and partnerships to promote the future success of this 1.6 million square foot property, strategically located just outside the Raleigh, NC.

I-95 Facility, Fayetteville, NC — SkyREM is also close to completing, construction on our other NC facility, a 125,000 square foot industrial space featuring 16 dock high doors, ESFR fire protection systems, and 36’ clear heights, located next to I-95. Roof decking installation is already underway, and the building is approaching shell status.

Quartermaster Campus, Philadelphia, PA — In 2022, SkyREM made significant investments to help develop Philadelphia’s historic Quartermaster landmark, a former premier U.S. military supply and logistics hub (originally founded as the Schuylkill Arsenal in the 19th century) with the vision of creating a science and technology park. More about this project will be announced soon.

Allendale Research and Technology Center, King of Prussia, PA — Over the course of 2022, we were incredibly excited watching the expansion of operations at our property in Allendale, King of Prussia, PA. We welcomed two new tenants (Lockheed Martin Corporation, and InductEV) and both companies will be individually occupying 50,000 square foot spaces over the long-term to conduct research operations.

As we move into the new year, our team at SkyREM, and our partners at SKY Power, are incredibly excited to continue pursuing expansion projects that connect us to our communities and create beneficial relationships for the company and its clients. So, here’s to a 2023 that is just as successful as our 2022 — if not even more so.
