The 52,000 square feet office property, situated in Charlotte, North Carolina, serves as the crucial headquarters facility for DHS in the state.

The property was purposefully constructed for the tenant in 2003 and stands as a specialized mission-critical, administration, processing, and enforcement facility in the Airport submarket of Charlotte. Located just east of Tryon Street, a major north/south thoroughfare in Charlotte, the facility boasts excellent access to I-77 (approximately 1.3 miles) via Tyvola Road.
