SkyREM, LLC, the owner of the 190,000 square foot industrial property located at the Manchester Industrial Park in Manchester, CT, is pleased to announce the lease renewal with HomeGoods, a subsidiary of The TJX Companies. The property is situated on 10.01 acres providing easy access to major highways and the Northeast’s consumer base. From this distribution center, HomeGoods reaches over 50% of U.S. population overnight.

A Prime Location

The Manchester Industrial Park is a bustling industrial hub located in Hartford, Connecticut. It provides easy access to major highways like I-84 and I-91, making it an ideal location for businesses that require industrial space.

The park features a wide range of properties, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. With a consumer base of over 29 million people within a two-hour drive from New York City to Boston, the Manchester Industrial Park is a prime location for businesses that are looking to tap into the Northeast’s lucrative market.

The property features 25 loading positions and clear heights up to 45 feet, making it a desirable location for businesses that require industrial space. HomeGoods, a long-term tenant, has agreed to extend their current lease, and SkyPower, the property’s affiliate company, is planning a large-scale rooftop solar project at the site to create a positive environmental impact. Timothy J. D’Addabbo of Cushman Wakefield’s Hartford office represented both HomeGoods and SkyREM on the lease renewal.

Renewing a Great Partnership

Alex Dembitzer, founder of SkyREM, LLC, expressed his excitement about the continued partnership with HomeGoods. He said, “At SkyREM we are looking forward to expanding our relationship with HomeGoods and the continued economic growth it brings to the Greater Hartford region of Connecticut.”

SkyREM, with offices in Philadelphia and New York City, is a privately funded and managed real estate company that owns and operates a large, diversified portfolio of properties in the United States. The company is actively acquiring properties throughout the United States as a principal for its own account.
