SkyREM is welcoming new tenants to Oxford Court.

On April 23, 2024, SkyREM signed several new tenants at its Oxford Court location. These tenants work across various sectors within the health industry, providing the local community with access to state-of-the-art medical care.

Oxford Court is a newly renovated medical and office center in Langhorne Pennsylvania where clients can receive quality medical or health advice and services.

Hotworx

The first tenant to sign the new lease is Hotworx, a virtual fitness program with infrared heat absorption. Users have the choice of a 30-minute isometric workout or a 15-minute high-intensity interval training. Through heated rooms, users instantly sweat, increasing the detoxification process as the sweat slowly eliminates toxins from their body.

The American Red Cross

The American Red Cross also moved in. The non-profit organization states its mission is to reduce human suffering and inspire a healthier life for those who are in the face of emergencies. The organization is involved in providing shelter, food, and blood to help those who have been affected by disasters or various challenges.

SkyREM is working with the non-profit to fulfill its mission of helping those faced with disadvantages and believes that their partnership with the American Red Cross aligns with their additional tenants at Oxford Court, helping to bring their values to life.

ABA Centers of America

ABA Centers of America (ABA) and SkyREM lease is for a property of 13,900 square feet. ABA aims to deliver and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their loved ones with individualized emotional, social and physical care to help combat daily challenges. Through this partnership, SkyREM has created a space tailored for clients with disabilities, and which will shine a light on ABA and their impactful services and resources.

Access to upgraded health experience is provided for all visitors, both from the local community and farther afield. These new agreements at Oxford Court create a center of medical excellence for the region.
