In A First for SkyREM, Location Acquired in the Midwest

SkyREM, LLC is excited to have acquired the headquarters for the Hoffmaster Group at a 485,000-square-foot industrial facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The Hoffmaster Group is an industry leader in the production of specialty disposable tabletop products.

This is a significant move for SkyREM, as it is the first of what will hopefully be many investments in the Midwest. Specifically, this property, located at 2920 N. Main Street, was sourced off-market and below replacement cost, making it a great addition to SkyREM’s growing portfolio.

Besides being a significant investment in automation and sustainable product manufacturing, the purchase demonstrates SkyREM’s commitment to sustainable solutions, as SkyREM’s subsidiary, Sky Power, LLC, will provide solar energy for the building. SkyREM is continuing to evaluate a significant pipeline of new deals throughout the US that will offer its existing tenants unique value and a strong boost to their business and footprint.
