Announcing Our Long-Term Lease Extension with Keller Williams at the Oxford Court Property

We are pleased to share that we have extended our long-term lease with Keller Williams for the property at our 155,000 square feet Oxford Court property located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

The Oxford Court Property

The Oxford Court property is located directly off U.S. 1 & I-295 in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Consisting of approximately 155,000 square feet, the property went through a complete renovation in 2016 and functions as a state-of-the-art medical facility and office center. With a proximity to both the Oxford Valley Mall as well as other medical offices including Jefferson Health and Bucks Campus, Oxford Court is located in one of the fastest growing communities in Pennsylvania — Lower Bucks County, the state’s commercial hub.

Over the past 16 years, they have made their presence known by expanding and growing their footprint at the Oxford Court property — expanding throughout the entire 584 Middletown Boulevard building. They use the rented space as a sales and training property and continue to be one of our largest tenants at this location.

Over the years, Keller Williams has developed into one of the largest real estate franchises in the country, per both agents and sales volume. Our partnership and positive relationship with them continues to be beneficial for both businesses.
