SkyREM is nearing completion of an exciting project; a state-of-the-art 125,000 square foot industrial building. The property is located in the urban city of Fayetteville, North Carolina with immediate access to the I-95 highway.

With an intricate and thoughtful design, the concrete tilt-up building features sixteen rear load loading dock doors, and eight knock-out panels for additional loading dock doors. Not to mention, the property was built with 32-foot ceiling clear heights for additional workspace and room for equipment.

Located in the Cumberland Industrial Center, it sits five miles from the Regional Airport, fifteen minutes from Fort Bragg and the Pope Air Force Base, and only sixty miles from the nearest ship port.

The new structure will be available for occupancy in 30–45 days.

A City with a Lot to Offer

Fayetteville is the fifth most populated city in North Carolina with over 500,000 residents. It is located 65 miles south of the state capital, Raleigh. The historic town is notorious for its theatres and museums, never leaving adults or children looking for something to do. Fayetteville is known for its economic diversity, with the most prominent industries being manufacturing, power tools, tires, and automotive products, making it a prime location for this facility.

The Bigger Picture

SkyREM seeks to create value for customers and business partners with sustainable and renewable offerings. Once completed, this property will be added to our ever-evolving market portfolio in Fayetteville.

In 2018, we acquired a state-of-the-art, 920,000-square-foot, multi-tenanted warehouse, and distribution center with convenient access to the highway and airport. In May of 2021, we added a 185,000-square-foot industrial complex with a similar location. Our soon-to-be-finished industrial facility will contribute to our growing prevalence in the crucial city of Fayetteville.

Overall, I am thrilled that the SkyREM team has been working hard to finish this new development, and I look forward to opening it for occupancy soon.
